icq help

well I'm trying to get icq to work... but am having problems with the 'Extraz'... and other icq thangs like not being able to see the user AV's and the ads at the bottoms of the icq windows/ boxes.

Funny thing is.. icq works great on my wifes username on this PC.... different users on this pc.... her's is the Admin .

suggestions plz!
