Well I have been waiting for the moment to do this. I have been really busy. A lot has been going on. I had to do a total move operation for the day. It was scary. But we lived it. I can't wait to get some pics up. I am still working on them. I did finally decide to start this and say high to my fellow growers.

Well I finally got to smoke my first harvest. It was wonderful. Early Pearl was the first. On Dec. 4th I cut the Afgan down to dry. Can't wait to try it. I also took some new clippings today...23 of them....going good with the mother room....getting the cloning down too. I get a good turn over rate now. Quick and a lot of successful ones, but I spent a lot of money to get here.

but I spent a lot of money to get here.

Money can make it Dan. True some can get by with spending minimum amounts and come up with a good looking harvest, but I'm a lazy git and would rather buy purpose built peripherals making things a lot easier. You also know that some 'bods' have designed it, although these bods sometimes seem to have missed the point!

Mind you, the big difference between me and a lot of couples, is we have our own bank accounts 2thumbs This way I can selfishly buy gear without the girlie giving puppy eyes.

Yes, I have pictures, I am still working on them though. Once I am finished croping and editing I will get them posted. I am having trouble maintaining a good humidity in my mother room. I have been trying to keep it above 70%. But it keeps droping to 40% sometimes even lover. All of my mothers are doing wonderful. I constantly spray with water and sometimes with a mix of nutes. I have a humidifer in the room as well, but it seems as if my light is burning all the water off. I don't know If I should be trying to do this, but I want the enviroment of a rainforest I think. My mothers just seem to be thriving ever since I have brought the humidity level up by spraying more frequent, I try for atleast once every hour or two to spray my plants and clippings.

Should I be doing this?

Got any idea's on keeping it up?
Maybe automatic misters on timers?
That is what I was thinking atleast.

The light in the room (4' X 6") for now just has one 250 watt MH, I have 4 flor. lights with one warm and one soft light bulb in each one. I just haven't got the time to install them again. I do also have a 150 watt HPS under my table, but it is just for heat on the bottom of the plants.
I have my mother room built on a shelf so I don't have to work on the ground. I was always planing on making the underside with the HPS and MH for the mothers and up top hand the flor. for the clones....but I just haven't got around to doing that. I promise I will get pictures soon. I am working on them.

I have really come a far way since I have started this project, most of this is due to the help of you guys, and a handful of others. I have had to be really clever with my design, and manufacturing of some equipment. I built and areoponic cloner.....which I recomend to everyone.....I still use rockwell cube and dome method too though, but the cloner works wonders on them, they get twice as big twice as fast. They root in about a week rather and a little over a week. It is just CrAzY.

No, it is December 4th that I will cut down my first Sweet Leaf Afgan plant. She is a monster too. Pretty as can be.

Welcome BadDan and it sounds lika ya got a nice little setup there mate, looking forward to see some pic's for da master gardener when ya done editing them.

About the cash u had to spen, well with a bit of time you will save em multiple by not buying weed anymore. My misses don't complain about anything, when im buying new equiptment she know she have had here share of the money and im just spending money on my hobbie.
