I have grown dutch passion blueberry for a couple of years now. Every grow has been very successful and I am totally pleased with the product.

I have never produced the colors I have seen others post, is there a trick to that? It's a beautiful bluish green color, but definitely green. Not those lovely blues and purples.

gotta love blueberry indeed.... my all time fav :D

one thing about BB is the true BB is only about in clone form which does give good color out

allso tried DP version and when the night temps are low the color will come out as well.....

i lost my true BB strain last year but still have a few oz's in cure... and a few fem seeds i made with a cross from a forced hermie bubblegum

try like 65 for lows at light's off

grow on

I never knew it was the temps. I will definitely be doing that at my next opportunity.

Like I said, product was never a disappointment, but had to wonder if maybe I was missing out on better product. Is the end product better I wonder? With more color?

Is the True BB better than DP BB? I had not heard of it before, would definitely appreciate info on a clone if someone feels comfortable pm me that info. I am new though and more than understand if that is not possible.

Is the True BB better than DP BB?

it is a bit better than DP's version, not a whole lot but a bit better in smell, high and taste

as for the rest of post..... really doubt you get any pm's on that bro. no hook ups allowed here

google up BB and bypass the seed bank's site's ;)

BlueBerry is not a clone only strain. It was created by DJ Short, a breeder on the West Coast. I believe the blueberry sold by DP is just DJs being resold, or at least it used to be. Anyways if you can find DJs blueberry in a breeder pack that is the real blueberry.

This is my understanding as well, and you can't go wrong with DJ Short strains. See my Grape Krush thread in the soil grow section.

Temps have never been an issue for me an Blueberry. I live in the south, an my rooms rarely go below 70 degrees. I don't get much color out of strains I see some of my northern buddy’s growin w/spectacular color, but I always get purple an blue out of my Blueberry. It's jus a genetic thang, regardless of temps.

Blueberry is one of those strains that is not totally agreed upon by all, what is actually the real deal Blueberry. I have seen lots of pics that look nothin like what I consider to be Blueberry listed as Blueberry...dunno.

Original Blueberry is still available, but very, very limited stock. I highly recommend it.

This is original DJ stock Blueberry...what I consider the real deal.

first true blueberry
The ultimate hybrid of Blueberry expression, selected for its superior quality from a large pool. This hybrid contains the best from both worlds (indica and sativa). Medium height with long, fruity and productive buds of medium sized calyxes. Beautiful lavender hues become apparent soon into the flowering cycle. The finished product is of the highest quality with sweet, elongated blueberry buds destined to please the most finicky of palates. High resin production as expected from the Blue family.

Grow Location: Indoor
Flowering: 7 - 8 weeks
Yield: Above Average
now for blueberry#2 as i call it
We developed Blueberry from different new genetic lines, genetics that are unique to Europe. Not only Blueberry, but also Blue Velvet and Flo are developed from totally new genetics. These seed strains are of the highest quality and have not been grown in Europe before. Blueberry is a mostly Indica (80% Indica, 20% Sativa) strain, that dates to the late 1970's. A large producer under optimum conditions. A dense and stout plant with red, purple and finally blue hues, that usually cure to a lavender blue. The finished product has a very fruity aroma and taste of blueberry. It produces a notable and pleasantly euphoric high of the highest quality and is very long lasting. Medium to large calyxes. "Blueberry" has a long shelflife, stores well over a long period
i beleave he was working for sagamatha seeds when he did blueberry flo and blue velvet
