Oh damn, the filesize here is ony 115kbs, man thats small.
To get my pics that compressed will kill the images even more than they are now :o
Can I link from another site using image tags?
Then I needen't bother compressing the images even more :D

Thank's for your kind words everyone, glad you all liked em :)
CB, sorry about the size of the pics. I usually size them at 600 wide, but these just had to be shown in wide screen ;)
I'll try making them smaller in kb's too, I forget what it's like on dial up, that way I can upload em here properly

Hey CB,
Ok I’ll tell you, but I bet you laugh. I use a basic Kodak Easyshare CX7300 3.2 Meg. Now, don’t get me wrong, this camera takes some beautiful pictures of scenery and things from a distance away but is useless for close up’s of any kind, you have to be at least 1.5 metres away to get good focusing on the plants :(
Well, me being the tight git that I am couldn’t bring myself to buy another cam so I adapted this one to suit my needs. With a telescope lens and an eye piece from a pair of binoculars I now get a focal length of around 6” for some close up’s. I have to hot glue these in place so that they stick to the camera in the right place and don’t fall off. When I need the camera to take scenery shots again the hot glue can be peeled right off without causing any damage to the phone itself :D
Now being this close to an object means the flash is way too bright and was behind the binocular lens and caused a shadow to be cast across the subject matter so I modified the flash with an old box of matches and some insulation tape as you can see hehehe :rotf:
been have'n the same prob here myself but like ya say spring is on the way indeed .... I'm a bit over 3 weeks here as well and just made a few adustment's last week (moveable poly walls ) and got the heat up a bit....
This has been the worse winter I’ve had. So far I’ve lost all my mothers and every clone in the last two months, these Nebula clones I had to buy just to get something going in my flower room  All my friends have suffered the same; they have had nothing for months either.
On the upside though, all my clones are shoving out roots so I’m back in the saddle again.

damn bro we got the same cammy, ive been wanting to get a look at that zoom feature you put together.I notice you have the flash bar blocked, does it glare agaist your glass peice?
the glass peice looks like a bonocular lens, can you turn that and get a focused shot?or is it at a set point?
oh this is about the plant, lol.sweet bro,ive never tried nebula looking forward to a smoke report.Looks like a nice crystally strain.

Hey Bro,
When I put together this lens for the cam the flash sat way behind and was causing shadows, I used an old matchbox to extend the flash beyond the lens so this eliminated this problem. When your taking close up's the flash is way to bright, so the insulation tape blocks most of the light and does take some playing with to get it right.
Yes, the end lens is from an old pair of binoculars  The binocular lens is fixed so I can't adjust it, one day I will design a lens that is fully adjustable, when I have more spare time that is hehe.
I just set up the tripod and take the shots progressively closer each time till I find the correct focal length and bingo, I get some decent shots to show everyone ;)
Glad you liked the pics bro
