Hi im new to the site and wanna thank the admins for the reg. well i wont lie im new at the game of growing and have a huge plant in veg right now that needs too be sexed which i will start tomorrow night{12/12}--im almost positive that the plant is gonna be male. i need suggestions on how to keep temps up in my grow room. gtg bye

how warm is your room. a warm room encourages growth AND stretching.

yeah a small heater would do the trick...make sure it doesn't have an exposed heating element...you don't want the light exposure given off by say those ceramic heaters

you need to find one that is all enclosed inside and doesn't emit any light fromt he heating element

i used to have a heater like this one....it is oil filled and the heating element heats the oil...then the oil releases the heat into the room...THIS IS NOT RUN BY OIL...is is electric...but is more efficient due to the way oil heats itself and disperses the heat

the model i had had only a wee light for power on and there was no exposed heating element to emit light that we DON'T want during our dark period :o
