Growing Mediums

To make soil for growing, i have 2lbs mexican bat guano, 40lbs of good potting soil, 30lbs worm castings, 2 lb, lime, i have perilite, vermiculite,
how would a person make good soil with the above ingredenants, breaking it down into parts starting with 40lbs potting potting soil

By volume not by weight..
45% top soil
10% Bat guano (is this composted already or is it just raw shit?)
15% worm castings
20% perlite
10% vermiculite

Thats what i'd aim for.
