* 2 ounces of leaf cuttings (stems removed) or
1/4 ounce of good pot
* a half cup of vegtable oil (olive or canola)

Directions:
(1) Put the cannabis in a budbuster or pepper ginder and bust it up
really good, not powder but to joint rolling consistancy

(2)Take a saucepan out and put it on the stove, turn the stove up to just under medium heat (2 or 3).

(3) Take the cannabis and put it in the saucepan.

(4) Put the oil in the saucepan and stir it well. You may want to use more oil, it really doesn't make a difference, more oil is easier to do

(5) Let it heat for thirty minutes stirring it occasianally.

(6) Strain out all the oil into a bowl or cup using a siv or coffee filters.

(7) After getting rid of all the plant matter out of the oil, it is now ready.

(8) Cook the oil into anything and it is nice and potent, about 1/12 of the oil is good to get really high once. It is extra potent so be careful.

Thanks fly out to Ben from CC for this.....

Hey I am going to try this method tomorrow or something, a couple questions though:

Is 30 minutes enough time to get all the active chemicals out of the buds?

After straining the buds out, could one use the oil and pour it into a batch of brownie mix?

And how will I be able to tell when my oil is ready?

Thanks

hey shagzz, did you ever do that test between salted/unsalted butter when making canna butter? I'm planning on doing some Christmas cooking this year and would love to know your preferences and the reasons why. :)

Doob I made some brownies yesterday with this recipe for oil, but i didnt measure anything out really, about 18 g's of small viet buds, enough oil to mix it all around in a good little puddle, i used canola oil and olive oil. I cooked the oil for about 35 minutes, it came out black, didnt even need to strain it the buds stuck to the pan and oil just flowed out. only ate about 2 of the cupcake brownies and I waas soo stoned after that you couldnt see my eyes were open, but i could see everything around me, slow but i could see it:D
was stumbling around abit too

make the oil if ya got a chance, thanks zen and whoever else made it possible to have that recipe its easy and very strong

I made a batch with Olive Oil... It worked ok.. Not as stoney as I had hoped. I do think that it taste better with canola oil, the olive oil gave it a funny taste..

If you put to much heat to the oil does it kill the buzz a bit?
