Here is a white russian clone i have been flowering for about a week, fed once with a couple drops of tigerbloom 2-8-4 in a liter and a half of water, and the pistils and calyx's are not developing right, the calyx's are kindy dry looking smaller, a little yellow, and the pistils are much shorter and twisted. anyone ever seen this or heard of it?
the second pic is what a worse case looks like.

hey dredank-
i don't ever really work with clones, but i've seen something similar in a kush i was once growin.
i'm not sure if it was the ph, rh, or heat stress, as i had found all 3 to be a problem and changed them. it got better after that..
are any of the other plants doing that?
is the entire plant doing it or only certain areas?

on the russian its mostly the top third, but its still kinda hard to tell with the lower branches because it just strted flowering you know, but the other one has been flowering for 3 weeks now and you can clearly see that is f*d up. i tried giving them bloom nutes and ph treated water but nothing.
ill get more pics of the russian as soon as i get some batteries for my camera.

do you have a way of testing the ph of your soil?

man im getting the same thing i think, only in alot worse form than your second pic.I got a pretty high ppm level about 900 and ph is kinda low like 5.5-5.4 and the temps in the room are mid ninties.ive started with the lights raised them up a bit to see if maybe it was them, but no change in the past 2 days.so next im going to go with a touch of ph up,bring it up to about 6.0 and see if that helps.I cant seem to be able to find my humidity gauge so Rh is unknown but ambeint RH is low like 30%.Keep us posted on your methods of dealing with it and i'll do the same and see if we can figure this shit out.
SUNG TO ROW ROW ROW YOUR BOAT MELODY
Flush flush flush your roots
water three to one
Let them drain
don't go insane
Back off the Magnesium
Tiger bloom is VERY high in mg and VERY pure a little goes a long way and is delivered to the roots VERY fast. Read the feeding instructions from Foxfarm , follow them , they know their shit (litterally shit/soil get it?)
BTW this is an opportunity to test your "P" tool usage skills

Yeah i have a pH meter and it reads near 7, ill try flushing it, here some more pics, the first two are the mutant, and the other is another white russian clone, same mother, and around same age, and looking much better.
actually the third pic i got there that plants lower branches are arranged whorled (3 fansand buds per node) instead of opposite, still cant see it very clear, but ill put pics up when you can. Has anyone ever had that happen to a plant?

the ph range for soil is 6.3-6.8, with 6.5 being optimum.

Dredank.
I needed to flush twice with a grow. If you have a hose with a gun on the end and can get em outside during lights on, give em a blast of that. Not such a hard spray to clear soil away, but enough to feel the water jet penetrating the soil.
Although this next one isn't something I've read anyone else doing, I did blast mine hard which really did froth up the soil like a jacuzi. I topped up the pots with new soil and carried on growing them fat colas in the pics. So it never hurt them!
Worked for me.

What sort of temps do the pots/roots recieve? Have you got a gauge down there?
And the tap water. Is it going straight from tap to plant or does it rest? If so for how long?

straight from tap to plant and i dont have a gauge down there the room temp is 73 right now but doesnt move too much, humidity is 71% and that fluxuates alot.

If they're in flower, I'd up the temps as they're at the bottom of what I consider the 'comfort zone'. I think the humidity is too high too although I doubt it's a direct link to the plants issues. If you raised the temps, then the humidity should drop.
I'd also rest any tap water for at least 24. This'l let the majority of chlorine evaporate before use.
Maybe some smaller things need tweaking that add up to strange behaving plants? If it were just one thing I'd have thought the answer would be narrowed down, especially as your providing pictures.
It's a bugger trying to balance it all, but if it were me I'd iron out a couple of issues per grow, and the most important first if it can be figured.
If not, the tweaks that have the most effect/adjustment through the 'whole' grow cycle should be dealt with first.
