This is my testimonial on the healing powers of MJ> It is all true it all happened to me > the doctors have said they would not "back me up" publicly, however all of my Dr's on this journey at very least are okay with MJ usage. One (cardiologist) suggested MJ threapy if available another Dr ( primary physician) encouraged it. Two other Dr's (an oncologist and a ICU guy) just smiled and said it would not intefere with my other threapy and I should not get caught. (cause I couldn't pay their outragous bills if I was in jail;) )
Well here's how the story goes...
2001 I move cross country for a job that was TGTBT and was it was hell
bad lifestyle habbits like diet and exercise, being on the road 3-4 days a week, no sleep, high pressure at work (we won a state title and that was not good enough) my left ventrical blew open from years of 220 / 120 BP gone unchecked. Except my MJ habbit which was prob what kept me alive , cardiologist words not mine.
I fell and could not get up. I woke up in the hospital with 18 tubes running out of me and three monitors on my heart alone. Any way I started drug threapy to lower my BP and to rest my heart hoping it would heal even just a little iwas on my back for a month.
The next month my goal was to walkk to the end of the block and back.
Finally they found some chems called Beta Blockers and ACE inhibitors lowered the BP and rested the heart muscles. My heart itself however was not healing and I was put on the transpalnt list. Then I fessed up to the cardiologist bout MJ usage over 20 years. He smiled and said that's was prob why I was alive and my heart woulsd have blown years before cept I had found some gentle peace for it during stoner sessions. Then he asked if I stil smoked . I said yes . he said as much as you want "that heart needs serious rest"
I returned to my normal MJ usage, my BP lveled as they lowered the chems and my heart started healing.. I mean really healing the ventrical is normal size and the last echo showed no signs of muscle disruption.
I now only take 2 pills a day (took 11 for awhile settled into 7 for about a year) my BP when I am resting is 150 /85 apparently my body hasn't seen #'s like that since HS so all is well and that's my MJ story
Got one? I'd love to here it!
