Two days of stepped-up patrols in Pike County by a multiagency task force has netted 230 arrests, marijuana and cocaine and six guns, authorities said Saturday .
Officers stopped 510 vehicles Thursday and Friday, the State Highway Patrol said.
The effort resulted in
38 arrest warrants and
18 felony arrests, plus 39 new investigations, the patrol said.
Items confiscated included 339 grams of marijuana, 2 grams of cocaine, 36 pills, 12 other types of drugs and a methamphetamine lab.
