Listening to covers all night long pisses me off if they're crap :mad: This link reminds me of a bar between Reno and Pahrump ;) The only 3 day ride I've been where people give less shit than I could provide, but what a result meeting this guy :rockin:

BTW they are much better now they have some better sound eq and a new bass and guitar player all a notch up

new bass guy is the best there is (he's been in the band 10 years so he's the new guy !)

Thanks for sharing those Mel. Really impressed with the bass and guitar work of local color. Nothing like good tunes to put you in the mood. I visit a friend in Cleveland now in then so if they play near there I can check them out live. Otherwise I live in the Buffalo NY area. :cool:
That fire on the Mountain was their "A" line up with CW at lead guitar
CW is just what you would expect a lead guitar player to be, classic in every sterio type. He needed some "time off", so they went to the local music college and put up an add for a sit in lead guy. They got the "kid" in the Tilly hat. For my money (a whole $4) he was fine, but no CW. Bass guy and keys really did not like playing with him much, thank goodness CW found whatever it was he was looking for and is now back in the seat where he belongs
this is them on St Paddy's day you can see the irritation Bass man and keys are having .. at one point in time one or another they both play over the top of Tilly hat guy, and you and see them pissing and moaning (not very professional and why they are a bar band STILL) . The real reason I wanted to show you this is ... see the pretty blonde dancing all by herself? She was flirting with the bass man .. he ended up takin her home and having one of his classic 3 week stands with her . That old fat fart (my best friend BTW) scored with a hottie 1/2 his age .. and he does alot.. what the hell is it with strapping on a guitar ladies? he is fat and ugly but he has had more hotties and cuities than I can imagine

One of my best friends who used to play in a bar band said he would score hotties all the time. Said it was the best part of being in the band next to music. His wife is one of those hotties he met playing in the band. :D

There is only "as good as " when it comes to the Bass. He is music school grad. got a full scholarship for playing bass. He does symphonic with a bow and bass fiddle, jazz, C&W, and regae. For the upright bass he is even better.... he plays bluegrass and Mountain music my personal favs
and he does lowell geroges "Willin" solo on a six string guitar .. makes me cry when he does thatin pa can you believe he is 42?
