I leave the window above them open so they can get that cold night air on them and around them and then the light is putting just the right heat off to keep the soil warm

Just a nice update for ya guys and gals, I put them outside each day at about 10 AM and take them in around 5 PM, They are handling the heat well, today it hit 82 degrees F. I think its going to end up being 5 plants too, should do great for a few big pots or at one end of the tomato garden, haven't decided yet.
The last shot is of the whole little setup on the lathe table, I love that wood lathe.

Here is an update of how nice they are comin along
You need to get a bit more light in there..they are stretching. What kind of bulb are you using right now?

Well im using a 75W Compact, and the two that are in the pot havent grown in height any for 3 days now, and the others are just catching up to them, all the energy is going to the leaves now, but i do agree they do look a bit stretched

And when I transplant to the outdoor pots I will bury the stems to a shorter height for more strength.
Is that "75 watt incadescent equivilent" or the actual wattage used?
You should go by the lumen output of the bulb. You want at least 3000 lumens per sq. ft. ;)

This guy is putting out 2000 lumen's, I would attach two bulbs but I need to get a socket splitter somehow. Any other suggestions, I got plenty of bulbs.

Here is another update, the plants are much greener today thanks to the extra light
Also buried the stems a bit to cover up that stretchin' and add strength, haha, so that why they look shorter
And how can i upload bigger pics without exceeding the 115 KB limit
