UV B and resin conversion

I was watching a video on youtube [youtube.com/watch?v=IPcpt3Be28o]by the Marijuana Man ot pot tv I guess. anyway he was saying UV B is needed to be added to our indoor grows. I recall following along on a few threads on OG about UV B and wondered if anyone here has tried it and if so what regimen.

I have an exo terra repti grow 10.0 UVB, I am adding to SnowWhite asap:D
