nutes question

im in week 4 of flower,im giving them 2 litres of water every day and 7mls of ionic bloom every other day,the thing is im not sure if this is enough.some buds seem to be developing more than others,any ideas anybody

ionic has made there nutes simple to use its the same mixture for hydro and soil
week 3 of flowering start 3/4tsp per gallon ionic boost 4tsp ionic bloom
also recomended is 2tb of niyrozime and 4tsp fossil fuel also take into acount a good flush at finish with plain water
