sticky, relax bro you're ok. dont toss em yet! :D do you know your soil PH?

right off the bat i think phosphorus def. my satoris do that exact same thing with the necrotic leaves when i dont feed them for a few weeks. i grow in miracle grow soil too.

wait for someone elses opinion on this, but it looks to me like they are just hungry. make sure to run some extra water through the soil when you feed/water so that it will flush some of those salts in that soil.

ahhhh... hold on there, buddy... I recommend you DON'T flush the MG soil as the pre-ferted soil releases more ferts into the soil if you do a regular flush which will throw your values off in the soil possibly causing lock-out... which might be what happened if you flushed before. If you were to do a flush, it would have to be enough to dissolve out all of the ferts already in the soil, otherwise u'll nuke 'em.

yer in a catch 22 situation here, Sticky... IMO, yer best bet would be to uproot the girls and put them into neutral soil so you can control just what they are or aren't receiving... but that's just me....

hey sticky sorry to hear bro.. hopefully these pros can pull you through it, and i'll make sure im paying attention incase I encounter any issues.

quick question for ya bro... What sort of setup do you have there for your cfls? Looks like one of those light splitters.. tehn did you just get some wire and make a cord for it? I've got to get some more cfls and want a similar setup

It looks like a PH/nutrient problem to me. Your water is a good PH? Good if it is, if it isn't then fix it.

Here's what I think. You have more than one messed up plant, and you were this close to throwing them out anyway. Hit one of them with a good strong feeding, Some N P and K. :) Looks a lot like N to me, but a good all purpose fertilizer should work. Then, for one of the others, flush it! Use a lot of water, maybe follow up with some fertilizer if you feel it's necessary.

This way you can do a sort of side-by-side. At least maybe you will leave the experiment with the knowledge required to better diagnose and handle this situation the next time it appears.

Take car.

Looks to me like a Phosphorus and nitrogen deficiency. I'd try and give them a little PHed water and then about 4 hours later hit them with a medium strength shot of ferts (phed of course) with elevated Phosphorus. Do the same thing on the next watering only add a little more N this time. Don't try to over fert and correct the problem in one shot, because you'll probably make the problem worse by locking them up. They aren't dead yet so take your time and bring them back top health gently. ;)

the plants are in pre-ferted 3 month feed soil

IMO (and this is without ever using that soil) a flush would release tons of fert's into the soil at once and probly burn the plants to a crisp...

from the grows I have seen with MG soil (like TBG's) this is a normal thing to expect at times.... less water is the way to go when it happens.....

another thing i noticed is the plants effected seem to be the one's right under the light? and I know for a fact those light's put off mass amounts of heat from there ballast.

at the most I would only mess with one plant and watch before i did anything to the others

dont know whats up with these babies they are turning a light green color and some of the leaves are dying turning real crispy all the babies in there are all the same age,

soil and pot size haven't fed any of them because they are in MG soil

i know not the best but I'm working on my own soil mix

the temps get to 80 at most

the roots aren't working, they are at a very delicate age. The extra nutes in the mg soil may have cause the little itty bitty roots to close down. If this is the case the soil will stay soggy , because the roots are not sucking up the moister. That will cause the leaf droop.
let them dry out do not flush right now, I agree with cb. The established roots will replace the damaged roots and normal growth will continue.

an ealier rather than later transplant will allow the new roots to grow through the mg soil

where is your thermometer located? I made a mistake of poor placement and found later that in my grow zone was nearly 8 degrees warmer:slap:

good luck:D

Hey you can flush MG soil. I've done it hehehehe
You just gotta flush the bejesus outa it. Ain't slow release when you flood the crap outa it...speeds it up really quick ;)
Dude get used to those probs with it man. Why i quit using it. Stuff was pretty easy to work with few years back had a few good grow with it, but now it sucks balls. Last 2 try's I gave up with the MG. Maybe there puttin something in it weed hates :p (never know)
I would NOT flush it tho. I'd get some good non ferted soil. rinse as much of the dirt off the rootball then transplant (careful not to mess the roots up) and let it rest a couple days then start em on 1/2 strength ferts or so till they get over there shock a lil. How I'd do it...MG has turned nastier than ever IME.
You will be fixing what the MG is doing through the whole grow trust me mang.
