Just a lil help for others, until CB & Cranky can get things sorted....
use the reload/ refresh to view the forum.
Also please try to refrain from posting pics at this time, we can't see them anyway.

quick search found this......

go to Internet Options, Security tab, then click Custom level. Scroll down until you see where it says "Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player." Change it to Enable.


the problem i found was a missing registry item {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000}
if you go to this site [Link edited, but you can go to Adobe dot com to look for the Flashplayer upload]

then download the Windows Flash Player 9 ActiveX control content debugger (for IE) (EXE, 1.22 MB) run the installation & it will put this missing registry item in.
then the youtube videos should work with IE7
NOTE: When i ran the installation i ran into an error but i chose to ignore it and let it run anyway. Also if you run a registry cleaner program make sure you exclude (so it does not strip this reference) {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000} otherwise you will have to re-install the above or manually put them back in.

Not quiet right yet when you press back it does not go, just white screen got to refresh to get any GUI.

not working so well over here either tried fire fox too seems alot of times when i click on a post it goes to an error and i have to refresh but hey i can still post it still works hehe can handle it til the boss rests up

an error or white page bro? most all pic's are back now, just need to sort out a couple more issues for those to work right. see a few show up on the forum home page....

as for the white pages work'n on that as well:rolleyes: just gonna have to refresh till fixed... soz bout that

I believe all is pretty much fixed now.... I cant find any error's and ALL pic's load for me.

If you have any probs first go HERE (http://www.homegrownbud.com/forums/mycookies.php) and check mark ALL and delete, close all browser's and restart your pc and see if the prob is still there. If it is then please the prob and a link so I can check it out.

IE 8 users I cant help you at all as this version of VB does NOT support IE do to it being to unstable,loaded with
malware/spyware and back doors..... but I do know that cranky has it all working in IE8 now so hopefully it will stay like that... go ahead aand post error's up in IE8 anyways so i can see but most likely it will be an issue that you will have to contact microsuck over....

good news for IE8 users is the upgrade planed will force IE8 back to IE7.5 mode;)

When I switched server had the same probs the new 1 ran phpv5 only where most of my scripts needed phpv4 each server seems to offer different combinations of features and adjusting scripts(code) is a big P.I.T.A soldier on bro.

seems to be there.... clear HGB cookies then clear browser cashe..... restart pc and check again

it works in IE but not ff i cleared eveything im not to smart when it comes to comps been using it about as long as i been on the site guess i'll just use IE till i can get to my local tech(stickys queen) lol hey shes free:D:D
