court was yesterday & the DA agreed to let me move to California, I will be a convicted felon here in Oklahoma, but my lawyers assure me that will not be a problem getting medical marijuana in California... if all goes according to plans I will be in California by this time next month :D

FMJ they keep tellin ya have fun in the sun.. It ain't very sunny in Ft Bragg it's kinda where the pacific northwest starts.
Don't get me wrong, I have been quoted "god takes his vaca in Mendo bay" There aren't many prettier places in the world ... but don't too reved up for glorous sunshine all the time...Ft Brag is very Maritime

He is going to make me fight him for every cent... I knew he wasn't going to like it because he is such a penny pincher, but I thought he was smart enough to know a good deal when he saw one.
We have been married for 25 years, I have been a stay at home wife & mother of our two kids & his son from his first marriage... he was a functioning drunk through 23 years of this marriage & only quit because he found out he had hep t from heroin he had done in his youth.
I have asked him for $250,000 & $1,500 dollars a month spousal support so I can stand a chance at a new start in Fort Bragg, I already have a very nice place lined up that will be a very comfortable place for my daughter, her two daughters & myself to live in & it would be within our means even if the cafe was not successful.
I know a quarter of a million dollars sounds like a lot of money but when you take into consideration that he made that in a year & a half, he is retired with a business & still working for the company he retired from... I don't think it is really enough, but I just wanted to get out of here & make a new start.
I was hoping to be out of here around the first of May, we had already planned the RV trip, but if he is going to fight me it is liable to slow things down a bit.
I would appreciate all your continued prayers...

actually it is not so much the sun I am looking for, but weather that is pretty much the same all year round with no extreme highs & lows & I have been told Ft Bragg has that... Oklahoma has ever changing weather, we have an old, old saying here, " if you don't like the weather in OK, wait a minute & it will change"... I have a son & his family that live there & he makes the place sound wonderful
