Hello fellow growers,

I have heard many people refer to giving their plants "tea". What does this mean. I think that it means you mix bat guano with water, is this right. If so how is it done, do you alternate between straight h20, nutes, and this tea? Any help would be appreciated as I am in my third grow and want to make the third time the charm.....

thanks,
harrica

while I couldn't swear to the specifics, a tea can be made up of any number of ingredients. lots of people make their own custom teas.

hey harrica, tea is are own blend most of the time, made to what the plants need at the time then, just kinda go from there using all organic compounds such as guano's/poo's/and to many to list..

I just posted a simple how to veg tea in my grow journal as well have posted others there on flower tea's using all kinds of goodies.... just have to read thru it like.

also search around in the organics section. there's alot good info in there.

I have only been into organics for 2 years myself and just now sort of know what I'm doing. main reason I don't post up ratio's with some is because I still wing it some and don't want to have info posted if it fry's my plants:eek:

The plants I have in flower I started right off in a very heavy flower mix soil:eek: which I wouldn't want anyone to try think'n it was normal...

anywho rolentorry and elephantman have ton's of great info in the organic section as well as alot of info in the OG growfaq we host here;)

peace
