my little sweety that i've been flowering for one month tonight is looking good. i owe you guys alot gettting me this far. i've got a question though, when do the trichs appear i still haven't seen any. othe than that it looks good. heres a pic from the othe day

nice one mate. looks like your well on your way to having some great smoke. the trichs should start showing in a couple of weeks by the way your plant looks, and they will come for sure.
just remember with flowering time, its not from the day you changed the lights to 12/12 but its actually from when the plants showed sex first. which is usaully 1 week after you changed the light period, sometimes longer.
so your plants might only be 20days flowering, which gives them a bit more time to fatten up.
will be keeping an eye on your grow, looks like she is gonna be a nice looking girl.

she looks good, majesty. trichs will come, no worries. think the trichs depend a lot of genetics as well as health of the plant. yours looks green and kicking!

yeah i'm using miracle gro till i can get something betterlike ff. almost bought some last weekend. i am going to buy something next week though. just not sure what brand, leaning towards the ff cuz that seams to be very popular on here.
started with 11 plants and 4 become men now i have 7 beautiful ladies
my next crop i dont plan on using any miracle grow. i think i have 9 seedlings going plus one clone from above plant and it is kickin ass also. plus another clone i just started from one of the other fems

You will know when the trichs start to show by the way she starts to smell dank. That is a great day in the garden!!

Wow, that plant is kickin butt especially with miracle gro! :eek:

thanx alot. i dont like useing the mg but i started kinda unprepared. i had been talking about starting and the wife said i could so i dropped a couple of beans and off i was.
now the miracle gro kicked my but at first, killed 4 seedlings. but i knew less then than i do know. not to mention i read the box wrong like 4 times.that taught me a lesson - dont mix ferts after smoking:)
someday i will buy some real fert.

well i am trying to learn patience, its never been my strong suit. any way if i would have just waited a day or two...
no trichs last night but on this mornings inspection, drum roll please, there were a few. not alot mind you, but defenitly more than yesterday.
i am soooo happy:):):):D:D:D:D

lol majesty. at this point all you can do is wait for them to fatten and finish up, so you can cut those suckers down and smoke 'em. nothing you can do to make the process faster really, just keep 'em healthy and they'll produce.
sit back and smoke one. :pass:but congrats. :p

told you! the smell of plants in veg is just like any other garden plant, but once the trichs start to form the room gets that great smell; I love opening the door and have that dank wave wash over me. my current grow is only a week old, so I will have to scratch and sniff your posts.
there are alot of little things that you learn as you grow. then next thing you are going to wonder about is the color of the trichs, and people will tell you to use a magnifying lens or something to look at the trichs, but anymore, I can almost tell when plants are ready by just looking at the color of the trichs just using my eyes. I usually check with the lens just to make sure, but I can almost always tell without it. good luck.

oh yeah bro, i got the wife in there looking at them too. trying to teach her as i learn. plus she has better eyes then i do. i'm taking it all in, or as much as i can . learned alot need to learn more

ive been looking on this site and others about the colors. the go from clear to white to amber right? acouple of things i read said they were white clear then amber.
white is for a more heady buzz while amber is a more body high,??
thanks my first girls has got a lot of white trichs very few clear and i cant hold still enough to find any amber. been under 12/12 for54-55 days unknown bag seed
i have a cheapo micro from radio shack 60x to 100x but i have to mash on the bud to see anything and i dont want to do that
I use a 100x here....I just snip a tiny piece of bud leaf off to look at:)
