It is VERY intense,Until the first hit then all them feelings are gone.This is something I love to do.My whole family is apart of it 2 brother in-laws,a father in-law,my kids and wife all hep out of have a car that they are building.I am trying to set up something on you tube of the last derby acouple weeks ago.I'll let you all know the link once that is done.Keep it GREEN:D
