If you have a stainless steal heat mat or something, you could place it under the resovior and ad a switch to turn it on and off, with a heat sensor for water.
But if your buying someting new, got with glass heaters for aquariums like CB said.

an aquarium heater will probably do the trick, but if you use one you may want to place it in a glass casserole dish or something similar, that way if your rez runs dry your water heater will be protected

I use aquarium heaters here, got to be careful which ones you use. Make sure you get one sized for your res. If it is too big, it's hard to adjust it downward - too small and it works overtime.
I broke one once in the resevoir, hit it while mixing in there. Makes for a lot of work then, have to drain the resevoir and remove all the glass then refill. If you can protect it from mixing, that is good.
