My good friend Ron Kiczenski has a case in the 9th circuit courts right now that just received a ruling that stated he did not have the standing to challenge the unconstitutional laws to begin with. He is now filing an En Banc petition to have a 50 judge panel review the case. The courts do not have to grant the review but we can force them to do so.....
Here is where you can help, please write the chief justice of the 9th district courts and demand that this review take place.. You can really help by writing all 50 judges but if you have limited time and or money the chief justice will do.
Tell the courts to stop ignoring our natural and constitutional rights! Tell them we have a natural right to utilize all plants for the good of man as well as a moral duty to protect Nature / the Web of Life.
Make sure you reference that you are writing concerning : Ron Kiczenski's case in the 9th district courts.
Mail all letters addressed to each judge to :

San Francisco,Ca 94119-3939
