I am back... in euro style

Hi guys...

Well after all this time away from HGB....

I finally got my back "fixed", aka a prodisc implanted in my l4/l5. I got in an accident and basically blew out a disc.

I am now in Bogen Germany after surgery and just enjoying the sites. Thought I would say hello to everyone, and cheers.

Next tuesday I hope to travel to the netherlands as it's only 800km, and enjoy.... Nothing to do here but sit in pain from the surgery! Anyways guys, hope all has been well with everyone. I consder you guys family, all the ones from the past and the present, you all know who you are....

Great to hear your doing well TS!
Boy your out there in no mans land in Bogen, Germany.... but the scenery is beautiful though.


So where are going to visit in the Nederlands?
Haarlem is a little city just 15 minute train ride West of Amsterdam..... slower paced and slightly cheaper then A'Dam.
Utrecht is another nice city 30 minute ride to the South West of A'Dam.

Much to do and see in Amsterdam, if you dont mind the faster city life.

If you need any help planning your visit, I'd be more then happy to lend a hand.
Been there, done that....... and planning on going back soon. :bananna:
Can suggest some hotels and Coffeeshops, and try out the Mexican Resturant on Warmoesstraat in Amsterdam, Mmmm damn good eats! :eat:

Looking at the map, Bogen to Amsterdam, I'd say it's about 7 - 9 hours driving time. (Depending on the type of car!) :racer:
Guessing a train would take about 10-12 hours.
Flying would be a better option with your back surgery...... airports in Nurnberg, Munchen, and probably even in Regensburg too.
