All I can say is "Oh, how beautiful" and "yummmmmmy"... I've had both bear and elk before. My cousin killed the bear in CA and I got a roast from it and my uncle got an elk in CO.

I didnt know ya had all these animals roaming around in your backyard CB. That's pretty cool. I'd be out there daily watching them walk by, graze and such. I love Elk, they are huge and so cool to watch. Seen some when I was a kid, at our campsite. Went out walking in the woods with my Dad & brothers at night and saw them scared the crap outta me...lol You are very lucky Bro! Wish that was out my back door:( ~SQ~

Interesting Fred keep a fairly big fish tank myself used to keep Oscars and they clouded the water when they ate :eek:as for bass we don't got freshwater types here only sea types but they look the same and behave the same.
The fresh water beasts we have here are 30lb+ pike with big teeth and zander never ate 1 yet but by all accounts sposed to go down a treat:eat:

Went out for "naked lunch" (strip club has all you can eat buffet and was friends B-day)...but afterwards went to the Bass comp weigh in. Was a lean year out there on the lake for large mouths :( Used to gettin a lot bigger...didn't catch the winner tho left have another B-party to go to.
They'll post the winner this weekend. Maybe grab the pic and post it up. Ever since they put in the new dam and lowered the lake level for couple years...hasn't been the same out there :(
I still prefer goin out off the coast a bit and catching red snapper and grouper tho :D
