grow room size question?

I have vacant room in my house and I want to use it to grow. Its about 12' x 11'. I don't want to grow that much...is the room 2 big? Will I have to enclose an area in the room?

What is the best way to utilize a room that size?

I use panda film to make mine the size a want in a 20x17 room ;)

pretty easy to hang to and wont look like major construction when and if ya need to take it down

WOW, I wish I had a room that size to play with.

Like CB said that Panda Film would work great. You could build a small grow room inside the big room and attach it to the walls or make a frame out of 2"x2" or even some PVC and attach the film to it. The possibilities you have are almost endless with what you have to play with.

All great advice but they forgot to mention that no you don't generally NEED to build a smaller space unless it is a matter of temperature control. and also the option exists to have your grow in a corner, so then you would have two walls to reflect light without constructing a thing. and two sides may be fine or adding just one portable cue card would give you 75% containment. and you'd have one opening for observation and ventilation.

If you don't have a hydro store around, Search online. I bought mine online last year.

Try googling for "Panda Film" or "Black White poly".
