My solicitor informs me that the British magistrates courts have come into line with the USA. This IMHO is the best news since I heard Maggie Thatcher is incontanant and needs to have her arse wiped by an employee.
Apparently the prosecution in British courts now has to prove their case 'beyond reasonable doubt'.
I think I'm onto a winner chaps and chapettes :D
Time to smoke them glands from trimming me thinks.......
Good luck to all those that may end up in a court battle. This is fooking good news for us in the UK.
