My clones have been locked up for sometime now. I haven't junked them becuase I have 4 other good plants vegging right now.. My clones are about 6 weeks old and only 10 inches tall. They are thick and bushy but not getting any bigger. My question is this, if I let them veg another week or so I will have lower limbs that I will be able to cut for clones.. Is this a waste of time? Will the new clones be messed up like mom? They are very healthy looking except for the fact that they have slight clown leaves and little growth.. One reason I didn't throw them out is because LL showed me some photos of one of hers that did the same thing and it turned into one dank bud from top to bottom.. Bud was about 8 inches high and thick thick thick..

Help me out her guys.... I will need to get some new clones if these can't be cloned again.. I attached one photo of a locked up clone.. This photo was taken about 5 days ago... I would have to say that the plant is about 3 inches taller and much thicker now.. Also realy green with no yellow leaves at all..

Thanks for your help..

Okay, I'm looking at the size of the plant in relation to the pot. The plant is busy right now building a root system, once it's big enough and the roots have filled the pot more it will likely start growing faster. Right now most of it's growth is taking place below ground and most indoor potted plants grow faster if they are slightly rootbound. It's better to start out a small clone in say a 4" pot, let it grow until the leaves spread beyond the edges of the pot and the plant has filled the pot with roots, then transplant up to the next size or 2 and do the same thing until you get to the final size. my plants are usually at least 6" tall before they get moved out of the 4" pots, then I move them into their 2 gal. pots where they stay, till the end. I could transpant them into 1 gal. pots first, but I'm lazy and at that point it doesn't slow them down too much. Then I wait to trigger them until they have a good footing in the new pots, which I can tell by how fast they're drinking. Anyways, that might help with the slow growth or it could be a slow growing strain, at any rate, good luck with your babies.

I will try to be patient.. lol... I'll just let them grow a bit longer, not in a big hurry anyways.. When I have some lower limbs will they be ok to use; in a smaller pot that is... lol... They wouldn't be stunted or anything as long as I do it right with the pot size; and have no other problems as well that is..

Thanks for the info bro..

Lungas, Heres an update... Week 6 of flowering... You were correct, once they sat in the big pots for awhile they all at once took off... Some of the buds are nearing the one foot mark....

Thanks again for the help....

Well they are about ready... Took one Afgani down.. These are some of the photos of the girls and the one Afgani Bud that has been drying for about a week.. Shrunk a bit but still pretty damn happy... We've been smoking some of the lower buds and I got to say, what fun what fun... Can't wait to taste the real good stuff.. Tried some of the Northern lights but doesn't seem to be as good as the Afgani..
