Well I've been there and suffered the summer heat issues. If anyone has any electrical, plumbing and build issues I'd be more than willing to give advice.

My friend has a huge area that he wants to use for a decent sized garden....only one thing....
It's very unbuilt ...and measurements haven't been taken.
It would run with a decent carbon scrubber with 265cfm fan .
There is currently only one electrical circuit available above the entrance door to the left side of the den.
The second circuit for fans will be added after we finish painting his den area.
There may possibly be a third for additional ballast and lights.

Burnsy I'm just trying to get some ideas to pass on is all

tell me what you think ...I'll assist him if he decides to build a nice size cabinet within and also remind him to get measurements if possible.

There is a small crawl space entrance door to the right side of the den in an unfinished laundry room near his water heater.
.....kinda stealth I think...if locked and secured.
Same with the other door on the left....

Well it looks about 25 inches deep to me Pro?
You'll need to find out what the available wiring supplies? I'm guessing it's a socket supply and not lighting being that low down but it'll need investigating.

What lighting is he/she intending on using? Don't you think Flo's would be the way to go? It'll save having to crawl around on your belly wiring plants down away from HID lighting? You know where I'm coming from.

The wiring is the main thing. Finding what that circuit supplies. The sizes would be good too.
