Hi I just got some herbs and they were sittin in my baggie and under a desk lamp. When I came to pack my pipe I noticed there was water droplets all over the inside of the baggie. I am guessing this is the moisture evaporating from the desk lamp heat and then condensing on the plastic.
My question is can I line the inside of the baggie with paper towels or napkins and then put the herbs in there so if this happens again the paper towels will absorb the moisture? Just asking you wise folks out there cuz my friend told me if I do that then the wet paper towel pieces will stick all over my fresh herbs
Any input on this would be appreciated

I would take the weed out of the baggie completely, and let it dry under the light.

i concur with Gorilla....i used tolive in a place where EVERYONE had wet weed....it was all about the dealer making money and not about a good product
you could do the thing with the papertowel...no harm done ...but you might as well just let it dry out in the open then re-bag after dry :)

i wouldnt recommend drying it under the desklamp.
was it too wet to smoke to start with?
on another point I just soaked some weed in warm water for a couple of days with the aim of turning it into cannavodka, I mixed almost all with the vodka but smoked some out of curiosity, it was smoother to smoke than the rest of my stash.
....sound of gears painfully starting to turn...

why not? used to buy wet buds all the time. half hour under a desk lamp, and they're dry and good to go.

light, oxygen, and heat degrades thc. (when dry) I don't know the specifics, I personally have dried under my metal halide before when I thought I saw mold and wanted them dry quickly. I do think that this had a negetive effect, but I still got plenty high.

Drying under a lamp isn't the most optimal method maybe, but I'm the same, WTF, I want to smoke a joint today not tomorrow so the small sacrafice in quality is worth it. In those cases I usually dry a little bit to smoke now and then break up some bud to dry on the table until I want to smoke another. With the weed broken up ready for a joint, unless it's way wet, usually doesn't take more than an hour to be smokable without using added heat. I leave the bag open overnight to dry and by the next day it's good to go. Then I'd have a little talk with my dealer about ripping me off by having to pay for a bunch of water that I can get free from the tap. (To which he'd say "No one made you buy it". I hate when they do that.)
say guys,
can we focus on the wet bud and not how he got it ;)
thx
