None, but only because I didn't notice that it worked like that. If you ask me a few days from now I bet my answer is different. :p

I dont refresh just to make the pix change,infact they get more attention from people walking threw the room then from me.but I refresh the front page a bunch to catch all new posts while im online.

The code isnt the best for the random option is why i ask...
If 1-2 peeps hammer on refreash server loads will go up and site will die :rolleyes:
this is why the pics have been up and down so much as I have been testing it alot
Westy if ya just want to catch new post you can refreash from new post page without it effecting anything....
pretty much takes alot of resource's to keep shuffling the pics up over and over

Can ya just put them on a timed proggy that rotates them globally for everyone like every "xx" minutes or whatever?
I mean I'm a puter-dork but seems like that could have the best of both worlds.

If we just surf normal like all should be ok but heavy pounding on the refresh button might kill us....

yea man,I use the new post thingy alot, we are good freinds.Its about the only way to catch all the new posts.HGB has grown alot in the past few months,averaging around a 100 new posts per day.It would take all day to shuffle threw all the new posts from the home page.
