After doing plenty of suggesting and using it myself; I've always picked at a topic until I was satisfied. Now after digging deeper and deeper....
I've stumbled upon a site and my lack of understanding what I'm reading is saying to me ....Neem Oil is toxic..
neem oil is not listed as a U.S. EPA Minimum Risk Pesticide.
Here's where I was reading.......Neem Oil Toxic or not (http://www.pesticideinfo.org/Detail_Chemical.jsp?Rec_Id=PC35751#Toxicity) ??
You be the Judge or better yet....make some sense out of it....please

The literature does say it can hurt fish. and nematodes<<some nematodes are good guys..and I have heard that neem can harm other beneficial critters like frogs and lizards.
and isn't it called "neem oil"? because if it is, then oil is an indiscriminate killer of insect life.
hash oil might taste better

Thanks for addition Cakes....
I started this thread because a person at another site would always comment negatively about using Neem....but if used in the proper proportion and the plant rinsed like it's supposed to be....it just seemed odd an all natural thing would harm a person.....like I say; if used properly and in proportion.
...:::besides, who smokes fish and lizards :D ...lol
about using Neem.... ...lol
Good Stuff that has been an asset to the Blind Pig.....

Indeed pie.....I also have some dark foam filter material sandwiching some screening in my passive vents....I've even sprayed the material with Neem there monthly as a precaution to ward off pests.
