Blood fish "n" bone.

OK guys need a little advise here picked up some of this stuff very cheap today just £1 a real bargain but here is my problem just what is the best way to use it, make tea how many grams per gallon, put it in the soil how many grams per litre.
If anyone is using this stuff please let me know how you got on with it.

sounds like blood/bone meal to me with a lower N-P-K rating


for tea's 1-tsp gl should be safe ...... depends on whats already in your soil

Thanx for the input m8 but I will try that for general feeding ,I recycle soil and what I have found is after flowering the soil is void of neutes so what I really want to do is dump some in the soil a couple of weeks before I need it and water it just got to work out how much, I will post my results if the plants don't die:rolleyes:

OK cant find much info on this so what I am going to try is this it says on the box 70g to the sq metre I can fit 8 of my pots in there so as not to stress any thing I will divide the 70g by a factor of 16 this will give me half recommended dose which turns out to be just under 5g I will give this a try and if need be increase by the gram until I win.:D

i used 1 cup to 50ltr of soil when i tried it and it burnt my plants to hell 5 weeks into the grow.

Just as a kinda on the subject thing....

You can get real Blood Bone and Greensand for SUPER cheap and it's the bomber in my humble opinion. Just use it deep like this:

1 part Blood
1 part Bone
3 part Greensand
