drumin bro I got one JUST like that paid like 15 bucks for it awhile back from a head shop
does it fluctuate alot on you? Mine was on the dot for a while then it started fluctuating -0.1/+0.1, etc etc
I changed the batteries, hoping it would fix the prob and it didnt so i threw that pos in a corner somewhere..
Any suggestions on fixing em? need re-calibration maybe?

Maybe you wore it out :D
Did you get a calibration weight with it? Try recalibrating if you can.

Yea you need a calabration weight... I have 3 scales I've paid $85 for the most expensive ( but you can drive a truck over it and not lose a point) If they start to lose a 0.1 or waiver just slpa on the calibration weight recalibrate and off you go.

possesion and cultivation are bad enough under federal laws
but havin that scale will get you into some trouble, so be careful with it and never carry it outside your house when you are carrying any amount of herb
speakin off experience
but anyways after that hefty PSA
get a good one I had a couple cheapo ones that died and went crazy like
peace

good point there tan
if you get popped with scales and herb (or any "controlled substance") you catch an automatic intent to distribute charge which is NOT GOOD.
be careful peeps

i feel this thread is kind of teetering on the edge of what's allowable here, and my first inclination was to shut it down.
however, i'm sure that the scales in question are only being used to weigh powdered nutes, or to make sure that you are putting exactly the recommended amount of material into your rolling machine, as spec'd by the manufacturer, or perhaps to keep accurate measurements of your gram/watt/month ratios as they relate to selection or advancement of strains or growing techniques.
discussion of any other use could be in violation of our posting guidelines, as well as a danger to our community by giving folks the wrong idea of our intentions.
not to be a nag, but i felt i should voice the concerns regarding this topic.

Absolutely Arnold, I bought mine to weigh and track my own harvest. I think TAN was just making a cautionary note. ;)
