well was just browse some local online papers with a cup of joe.... normal like

anyways came across this

Man gets 6 years for abusing 5-year-old

A Roseburg man was sentenced Tuesday to more than six years in prison for sexually abusing a 5-year-old boy last year.

Adam Grant Chilcott, 30, pleaded no contest in April to first-degree sexual abuse.

Douglas County Circuit Judge Randy Garrison sentenced the man to 75 months in prison and 10 years probation.

Chilcott, who will receive credit for time served, must register as a sex offender. Charges of first-degree sexual penetration with a foreign object and first-degree sodomy were dismissed.


so this got me to think'n about our local Marijuana laws which are easy to find thanks to NORML (http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4559)

I think most of us would spend nearly the same amount of time in jail as this guy for what we do. We're happy farmers, and.. he molests children. IMO, two totally different things!!!!!!

Some of us could even go to jail LONGER than him. Kind of goes to show you where the government is really putting their effort. "This guy may be molesting children, but at least he isnt fucking with our money!"

more like 2.5 years in reality "our jails are over crowded" but a MJ grower has madatory minnimums, no time off for "good behavior" or "over crowding"
