pics..finnaly....now all i have to do is take some more recent pics, these are from the 12th of june..These little girls are doing real well. unfortunatly as u can see one of them lost its head on the way down from San fransisco, all thats left is a stem..(do you think it'll live?? id appreciate an experianced answer.)
They are quite the freaks of nature, growing, growing and growing..will send more pic as soon as i get some double A batteries
oh yeah they are being grown in Cana Coco (which I'd highly recomend over soil!) 18 hours of light on and 6 hours off....
comments and educated sugestions are greatly appreciated (thats why im here guys!)
cheers!

I have a suggestion: You come over to my house and put poly up on my walls.
DAMN! you did a good job! That room's looking gorgeous brother, can't wait till you've got the buds to fill it in. Good luck!

that little stem with no head might grow if it has any nodes under where it got cut off. It could send up a new brnach but it may take a few weeks for it to recover. I personally would just throw it away and make another clone as soon as possible ;)

yeah i threw the headless horsewoman away as soon as someone told me it wouldnt grow without a top..
heres how she lost her head...
On the drive back from san fransisco, where we legaly bought the clones. My roomate decided to put them by the passenger's
feet so they could get some of the A/C's heat (by the way, the truck's back window was broken, so cold air was constantly rushing in).
after a while, like around 3a.m. im laying back with my feet on the dashboard (ya know where the passenger's air bag usually is,
yeah well thats where my feet were).....zzzzZZZZZzzzzz....CRACK!(thats the sound of my sleepy foot crashing onto a brown paper bag
the worst sound i could've herd, EVER!....

Looking good. Got a few questions if you don't mind.
First, because this is bugging me, what about this is hydro?
Noticed a lot of the tips of your leavs were cut off. Are you trimming them at the first sign of anything?
Got any nutrients bro?
And.. how big ya gonna let them get?
Just picking your brain. :) Nice journal, still loving your room setup. Those trays you have the pots in gave me a headful of ideas; looks like it'd be much easier to water this way. Keep up the good work.

Well ya know im wondering the same thing..
How can it be hydro when theres dirt? I mean I am using something that looks like dirt right? However it's not anything like dirt, it's Coco (meaning coconut fiber, from the nuts of a coconut tree). It realy does work much differently ( I've noticed that it's very absorbent )..When I got into this idea of growing I did have enough money to throw down for an airoponics or any other hydroponic system, but since this is my first grow EVER I decided to go with a more controlable medium. I told the dude at the hydro shop (my current mentor) to hook it up with a fatty hydro system and this is what he recomended. he gave me a dvd and everything on how to grow hydroponics with Coco...I guess that if its not dirt then its hydro..i dont REALY know i guess i can tottaly understand if youd say it's not hydro, I feel thats is a realy good argument that I should bring up on a thread...
these pics are in order from the last 2 weeks..they are exploding in size! around and inch and a half every day!! oh yeah and put slabs of Coco under the pots. i had to cut the botoms of the pots which was very stressfull!
in short, its not dirt, so im not posting in the soil section..

oh yeah, i use lots nutrients (i have a cycle 8ml of rizotonic per gal, and 16ml per gal of Canna Coco's growing medium nutrients) i put them in my tub of water which isnt hooked up to my 1000$ brain yet:p (im watering them at least 1.5ish cups per day...
and im going to let them grow in the veg state for 4 weeks depending on how fast there still growing at the end of 4 weeks( I'll wait a little bit longer if it means more buds)
oh yeah and i do cut off any browning or yellowing on the leaf..i'll cut off the whole damn leaf if it doesnt want to cooperate. last thing i want is a virus spreading from plant to plant...
i only have one unhealthy plant...shes just a little lighter in color at the top (neon light almost yellowish green), she also wont grow up! but she is getting bushier
anyone have a suggestion?!

i just found out that my plant's light was on when it should be off. I have a timer for the light to go out at 12am-4am, so 4 hours rest. it obviously wasn't set correctly...
OMG I've had the light on for 24 hours a day for who knows how long!?(prob a week)
I said in an earlier post that they have exploded in size in the past week..i guess this is why..
Question: Is it ok for their future buds if i leave the light on 24 hours now during veg? or should they get some rest time for a more healthy future.

man i veg under 24 hour light all the time, altho im not to sure if it is very much more benificial then 18/6.I done this in the beginning because i didnt have a timer for it,there was no ill effects so i just have never bought a timmer for it.
