Neptunes Harvest nutrients

I've stumbled upon a line of nutrients by "Neptune's Harvest".

There are three products, and they are all derived from fish, seaweed, or a mixture of the two. They are as follows:

1. Fish: 2-4-1
2. Seaweed: 0-0-1
3. Fish/Seaweed: 2-3-1

Well, figured I oughta ask: Will they be any good for growing weed? I know fish/seaweed can be some good stuff. I need from any of you nutrient-smart guys as to which ones i should buy. If you read the descriptions of these products, It makes it seems as if "Fish" would be for veg, "Seaweed" would be for seedlings and such, and "Fish/Seaweed" is just.. literally both together. If that's the case i'll just buy the one, damnit! lol.

Are any of these products any good for bloom or what?
