kilo mix

iv jst got a new organic mix and was just wondering if i will still need 2 add nutrients during the veg and flowering stages.

the mix is called kilo mix and contains:
-->composition
-->5% ata- organic mix
-->30% perlite
-->10% worm fertiliser
-->20% sphagnum
-->35% garden pete
with a presure hight of 10 cm.
water volume percentage 75%, air volume percentage 25%.
Water number of organic substances-75%.
EC-value-2.8.
PH-value-6.5

It also says "this heavily fertilised organic potting soil gaurentees an optimal development in the vegetative and generative phase, this leads to a premium crop both in terms of quantity and quality.
