K-Mag NATURAL is not synthetic. While synthetic fertilizers are chemically manufactured, K-Mag NATURAL is a naturally occurring, nutrient-dense mineral found deep beneath the New Mexico desert. Known as “langbeinite,” this mineral is extracted, crushed, sized, washed and sold as K-Mag NATURAL.

K-Mag NATURAL is listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) for use in organic crop production. The “OMRI-Listed” mark is the industry-recognized seal of approval for inputs used in organic farming.

No other OMRI-listed fertilizer supplies the unique 3-in-1 combination of 22% K2O, 11% Mg and 22% S found in K-Mag NATURAL. And don’t forget, this fertilizer is virtually 100% water-soluble and in the sulfate form which means nutrients are immediately available for the roots to use. And, it’s low in chloride, helping to minimize the potential for fertilizer burn.

I've not used it in container plants but have used it as a soil amendment in my vegetable garden. I had good experience with it.
