Unstable?

I am computer illiterate. I was trying to sign up on a High Times website and it came back that my Internet provider E-mail system was unstable! People PC. What does that mean?

I never had any trouble before. I thought one provider would be enough. It's slow as shit (dial-up). I am out in the boonies!

same as me but that shouldnt make a diff like.....

do you have to use a real email addy there? if so then i would use gmail or hushmail or something.....

allso some proxy's dont act funky with email....

I assume they want real addresses, that's the only kind I got. I don't care who knows what about me.

I think perhaps they've blocked PeoplePC addresses in the past because of trolls or whatnot?
