well i havent been growin in a while but plan on starting real soon i wanted to kno if you cang grow from start to finish in 16oz cups i kno it wouldnt be that much yeild but im thinking it would keep them small right? has any 1 ever done it before?:rolleyes:

im pretty sure you can do it, but the yield is pretty small. there is a small pot grow on the site. look around in grow journals;)

Anything is possible! We happens to have a great chap here by the name of CB who has shown spectacular growing skills in extremley small containers!:D :gthumb:

yep...iv also grown in small pots....not as asmll as an egg cup like but flowered in half ltr pots from start to finish.only probs i had was low yield and ya....it will keep um short like ya said;)

There is a way to keep your grow small and get decent yeilds too, I'll try to explain how.
When you switch the plant to flower mode, try to keep the pots small as possible to contain all the rootmass during the stretch. After the second or third week of flower (depending on the strain of course) when the plant has finished reaching upwards, transplant the root ball into a pot that has double the depth of soil and continue to grow as normal.
This will help minimise the plant stretching initially, then the extra soil will allow the plant to bud properly without any restrictions ;)
I have found this to be very good for small rooms where height is limited such as my own, and I seem to do alright :cool:

or ya could do a scrog grow;) less plants and bigger pots but would do better yeild wise i rekon.
ive also found that some strains will stretch like fuck in small pots....others will stay short like ya say bald1.how much space ay got to work with bigsmoker?

its a 5' tall 31/2' wide and about 2'deep i have enough room to just do a normal grow i kno that i just wanna keep then small
