I have had similar situation in the past. It was a nute defiency and I cured with one tablespoon of epsom salt to 10 gallons of water. Within 2 days were back all nice and green. Could be an entirely different nute that is required in your case though. But appears to be a deficiency of some sort.

Looks like a nitrogen deficiency. In flowering I use nutes every 2nd watering & I have noticed that it works perfectly. You say you're using bloom fert what is the product actually called? I'm asking this because usually with nutrient cycles you have 3 mixtures, the bloom, grow & micro mixtures. They get mixed during the stage of growth. i.e. (just an example)
veg= 3 parts grow, 2 micro, 1 bloom
transition to flower = 2 grow, 2 micro, 2 bloom
flower = 3 bloom, 2 mirco, 1 grow.
However. Eventually you do want the plant to take on that yellowing colour. Nitrogen in harvested plants can make for a very harsh smoke. But 3 weeks into flowering - that is basically just over the hump of the plant transitioning from vegetative state to flowering. Let me know what nutrients you're using & maybe we can optimize your yield.

They recommend 4ml of A & B for the stage you're in. What I would do is slowly get there and feed ever other watering.
So instead of 2ml every 3rd feed. I'd do 3ml every other. See how they react after the first go & if they look healthy then step it up to 4ml every other. Then for the last two weeks flush and only water from there on in.
